The reservation model

A $200 reservation holds your seat at the table. Once reserved, you’ll see the upcoming dinners and choose the three to five nights you can make. We match you to one of those chosen evenings — eight guests, one host, and one seat left intentionally empty.

The dinner date and restaurant location are shared with confirmed guests ahead of time, so you can plan your evening with ease.

Guest conduct

We ask every guest to arrive with openness and respect. The table works best when everyone brings curiosity and leaves judgment at the door. Disruptive or harmful behavior may result in removal from the evening and forfeiture of your reservation.

Refunds

Your $200 reservation is fully refundable if we cannot match you to a suitable dinner among the nights you selected. Refunds are issued back to your original payment method via Stripe. See our Refund Policy for full details.

Limitation of liability

We curate the evening with care, but we are not liable for personal injury, loss, or damage that occurs before, during, or after a dinner. Attendance is at your own risk and discretion.

Changes and cancellations

We may occasionally need to reschedule or relocate a dinner due to circumstances beyond our control. In those cases, we’ll offer you the next available match or a full refund — your choice.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, USA, and the venue for any dispute shall be Cincinnati, Ohio.
