When you create an account or reserve a seat, we collect your name, email address, and account details. We also save the answers you share in our reservation intake — the little portrait of who you are and what would make the night worth your time. This helps us match the right guests to the right table.

All payments are processed by Stripe. We never see, store, or handle your card number. Stripe manages that entirely on their secure servers.

How we use it

We use your information to confirm your reservation, process the $200 seat hold, and match you to an upcoming dinner where you’ll feel at home. We may also send you a brief note before each dinner — a short letter with the evening’s details and a warm welcome.

Cookies and analytics

We use a small number of cookies to keep you signed in and to understand how visitors move through the site — nothing invasive, nothing sold. You can disable cookies in your browser at any time.

How long we keep it

We keep your account and reservation details for as long as you have an active account with us, and for a reasonable period afterward to handle any billing or support matters. If you’d like your data removed sooner, just write to us.

Your rights

You can ask to see what we hold, correct anything that’s wrong, or request deletion at any time. We’ll honor that as quickly as we can — usually within a few days.
