Refund Policy
When refunds apply
Your $200 reservation is fully refundable if we cannot match you to a suitable dinner among the nights you selected. We aim to confirm or offer a refund within about 72 hours of your reservation — sometimes sooner.
How refunds are issued
Refunds are sent back to the original payment method via Stripe. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take 5–10 business days for the funds to appear in your account. We do not charge any processing fees for refunds.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel after you’ve already been matched to a confirmed dinner, please let us know as soon as possible. We handle these on a case-by-case basis and will do our best to fill your seat from the waitlist. If we can reassign it, we’ll refund you in full.
No-show policy
If you do not attend a confirmed dinner and do not notify us in advance, your reservation may not be eligible for a refund. We prepare every seat with intention, and last-minute absences affect the whole table.
