A four-hour evening built around the loud, generous spirit of Italian dining — plated with the quiet of a private room. Bread broken slowly, a single roast at the centre of the table, and space between courses where the conversation finds its own shape.

Jason Cox
Jason is the founder and former owner of Hammer & Nails Men's Grooming, Bourbon Bar & Cigar Lounge in Hyde Park — a business he grew to over 1,000 members in less than 36 months. A serial entrepreneur, he credits much of his success to a strategic gift for helping people achieve what they want in life and connecting them to the right people. He believes give-and-take is maximized when you give first, and his most natural talent is the simplest: organic, unpretentious conversation, and genuine kindness.
