Down the stairs into a room of brick and low light. Hand-rolled pasta, wood-fired depth, and a table small enough that the conversation travels in one circle. One seat stays empty — our quiet guest.

Jason Cox
Jason is the founder and former owner of Hammer & Nails Men's Grooming, Bourbon Bar & Cigar Lounge in Hyde Park — a business he grew to over 1,000 members in less than 36 months. A serial entrepreneur, he credits much of his success to a strategic gift for helping people achieve what they want in life and connecting them to the right people. He believes give-and-take is maximized when you give first, and his most natural talent is the simplest: organic, unpretentious conversation, and genuine kindness.
